Frequently Asked Questions

There are no restrictions on the number of participants in private meetings in a holiday home in the Ardennes imposed in the Royal Decree of 27/11/2021 regarding the fight against the Coronavirus Covid-19. However, it is not allowed to have a party there.

Weekend: runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening; Arrival after 3:00 PM; Departure before 8:00 PMMidweek: runs from Monday afternoon to Friday morning; Arrival after 5:00 PM; Departure before 10:00 AM.Week: runs from Friday afternoon to Friday morning. Arrival after 3:00 PM; Departure before 10:00 am. For your comfort, there is always someone present on arrival and departure. We therefore ask that you report arrival and departure in good time. If you wish to drop off the luggage earlier at check-in, we ask that you discuss this in advance.

The holiday home is completely non-smoking. Please respect our non-smoking policy as described in the rental contract.

We kindly but explicitly ask to comply with the house rules as stated in the rental agreement.

In addition to all amenities that are included in the rental price, you must bring the following:

The chalet is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, provided that 2 ramps are installed to the kitchen, veranda or living room. Please report this before arrival and we will take care of this.
