Cost

The deposit is € 750 and must be paid together with the cleaning € 220 - 8 days before arrival. 

The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure, less energy costs used. 

Energy costs (according to personal consumption): 
  • Current/Electricity according to daily price; 
  • Gas: according to daily price 
  • Wood: €15/wheelbarrow. 
Fixed costs to be paid with the rent balance: 
  • Water: €35/weekend; €45/midweek and week.
  • Environmental tax: €17. 
  • Tourist tax €65/weekend and €85/week. 
Cleaning costs: 
  • €220 - to be paid together with deposit. 
Confirmation of reservation only by payment of an advance (40% of the rental price).
